In 2006 US Economists.com was created with
the sole purpose to educate people in the
science of economics. Economics is the science
that shows our society on how to utilize
our resources (i.e. natural resources, time,
or labor, etc). The science of economics
helps us not only with ensuring a healthy
economy as a country, but also can help
us run business, and even our own personal
lives better. Even though this science involves
us all, economics is one of the least understood
principles in our society. It is the mission
of US Economists.com to offer free education
about economics to the public, so they may
better understand how their country's economy,
businesses, and personal resources work.
Some of the reasons for this lack of understanding
in economics is that some people never take
an economics class, classes might not appropriately
approach the subject, while others might
not have the ability to comprehend the advanced
concepts and facts at the speed which their
instructor is teaching. Because of this,
US Economists.com offers lessons on both
Macro-economics and Micro-economics in a
simplified format so that both newcomers
to the subject and students having trouble
have a basic understanding of these societal
issues.
Our Vision:
